Barcalo Buffalo Living & Commerce is doing great. First, Canandaigua-based Frequentem Brewing Co. has signed up as a tenant. Now it’s a fitness business called Pace Strength and Conditioning. This will not only be a welcome amenity for Barcaro’s residential tenants, but it will also be a great neighborhood resource.
PACE Strength and Conditioning's programming is based on the science behind functional fitness.
A $38 million mixed-use development project at 225 Louisiana Avenue is currently under construction. As work continues, the goal is to pre-lease a number of commercial components. Kathleen Grancheri, owner and founder of PACE Strength and Conditioning, realized early on that the Barcaro building suited her model for her business. Her Business Her models already have a healthy following of fitness enthusiasts. In fact, it’s Grancheri herself who five years ago founded her popular BFLO run club (a free community she’s based run club in) and brought together people like: Granchelli is a General Manager, Certified Personal She Trainer, Running She Coach, and various Fitness Center classes She has been an Instructor for 12 years.

PACE will become the official home of the growing BFLO Run Club apparel line, offering the following programs:
- Run-based classes on state-of-the-art treadmills
- Functional Strength and Mobility Class
- Access to open gym
- One-on-one private training
The PACE transaction was co-brokered by Caitlin Coder and Matt Hartrich of Schneider Real Estate. There are still commercial units ranging from 2,000 square feet to her 21,000 square feet.
