Job Description
Responsibilities: Under the limited supervision of the Associate Director, behavioral analysts provide behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, conduct behavioral assessments and analyses, and are responsible for data collection and implementation of behavioral support plans. Train staff, work with staff, employers, and those receiving support and their families to develop action support plans and strategies, monitor progress, and revise when progress is not seen.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), she is currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Work schedule: 40 hours per week, mostly weekdays.
Salary and Benefits: $60,000.00 annual salary. Benefits include, but are not limited to, state health insurance plans funded by the Lawrence County DSN board, state retirement plans, paid vacation, and required renewal of his CEU and BCBA licenses .
