Subject: Shri Vishnu S. Nair, Section Officer, dated May 24, 2022, received from Hon’ble Supreme Court of Persons with Disabilities regarding agent requesting submission to CSS Hometown i.e. Ernakulam Distt., Kerala recommendation.
The undersigned Shri Vishnu Nair (PWBD with 85% deafness in both ears, Regular Section Officer of Central Secretariat Services, currently attached to the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)) requested submission is instructed to say The department is unable to place him near his hometown as there are no senior CSS posts for him in the Ernakulam district.
2. He also asked the Commission for Disabled Persons (CCPD) to intervene to arrange his posting to the government. Organizations near his local.
3. In this regard, by order dated 30th November 2022, the Chief Executive for Disabled Persons (CCPD) ordered that this office be located in Kerala to investigate the possibility of his transfer. It recommended writing letters to all central government agencies. To Kerala State, where the applicant’s hometown is located.
4. Therefore, all ministries/departments of the Government of India may generally place Sri Vishnu Nair in any of their affiliates/district offices/municipalities under the control of executives/executives located in Kerala. is kindly requested to consider. Especially in Ernakulam district, we will support Sh within the existing rules of the organization. Section Officer Nair works near his hometown and lives with his family.
