Two new discreet client monitoring systems launch with “unrivalled” levels of detail

StackCare UK has launched two new systems for the expert care market– StackCare Pro and StackCare for Carers.

Building on the original StackCare @home system that was introduced previously this year, the brand-new systems supply care house supervisors and expert carers with now information on their customers wellbeing and activity levels, offering unrivalled additional levels of detail and resource to care packages.

Managers and firms can monitor their clients both centrally, in their office using an online control panel, and/or through an app on carers cellphones. The systems allow personnel to see the status of several clients and, similar to StackCare @home, carers and supervisors can monitor activity levels and information including the number of bathroom goes to the client makes, space temperature levels and sleep patterns, with notifies sent if a customers behaviour patterns alter.

A main hub collects the data from the sensors which is analysed and reported back to the carer/agency. The data is anonymised and kept in line with GDPR guidelines.
