The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) has actually detailed how a meaningful pay increase is required to avoid a physiotherapy staffing “crisis” becoming a permanent function throughout the NHS.

The PRB has been advised to present its suggestions to federal government– which then makes the decision on the yearly NHS pay award– by May 2022 at the earliest. This all-but assurances that NHS employees will not get a pay increase on 1 April, CSP states.
