FINNY COUNTY — Law enforcement investigating a robbery in southwestern Kansas has arrested four suspects.
On December 26, 2022, police were dispatched to Summit ResCare, a community living facility at 2102 E. Spruce Street, Garden City, in connection with a previous robbery.
Just after 1 a.m. Wednesday, police arrested Morgan Boone, 20, and Reuben Rodriguez, 24, of Garden City in connection with the robbery. Both individuals were booked into Finney County Jail on alleged charges of possession of stolen property.
Later that day, a search warrant was issued at 1009 N. 11th Street, Apartment #2. Inside the residence, police found and recovered multiple items from the business.
While at the scene, officers arrested two residents of the residence. Kaitia Towne, 24, and she was identified as Josemi Guertores of Garden City at 34. They are incarcerated on alleged charges of robbery, theft, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
