The much-anticipated 16th Jaipur Literature Festival will take place from 19-23 January 2023. Widely known as “The Greatest Literary Show on Earth,” this literary festival celebrates the best of fiction, non-fiction, food and history. , current affairs and politics, AI and technology, translation, poetry, adaptation, music, language, climate crisis, noir, identity, medicine and health, cryptocurrency and economy. The event will be held at Hotel Clarks, Amer Jaipur.

Like last year, Jaipur Literature Fest ’23 will include an impressive line-up of speakers including luminaries from the fields of literature, entertainment and entrepreneurship. Over 250 speakers grace the event.

Three of India’s most famous sinophiles – academic Tansen Sen. Former Governor of Arunachal Pradesh JJ Singh and former Foreign Minister Shyam Saran of India lead an in-depth discussion of the political, cultural and civilizational ties between the two Asian giants. Separately, a session called “The Great Game of Tech Morality” will also be held. Delve into the highly controversial topics of technology and ethics. Writer and academic Toby Walsh, tech entrepreneur Anirudha Sri and journalist Praveen Swam will lead the discussion. JLF ’23 provides a platform for subbaltan art to shine
The literary festival also celebrates marginalized voices in the art world. Beautiful works by artists from the Gond and Bill communities will be on display. The Ojas Art Awards showcase talent from the worlds of indigenous and contemporary art. This year, a magnificent work named ‘Vishwaroopa’ takes pride of place in the art exhibition. This artwork was created by Gond artist and Padma Shri winner Baju Shyam. Artist his Manjunath Kamath and Mithila artist Santosh Kumar Das showcase Mother Nature in anthropomorphic form, harmonizing with all the elements. Besides this, other art schools such as Madhubani-Mithila Art (Bihar), Pattachitra Art (Bengal), Warli Art (Maharashtra), and he Pattachitra Art (Odisha) will also be exhibited.
