Broadcaster Julia Hartley Brewer tried to justify her attack on Greta Thunberg.
Last week, Thunberg, a 19-year-old Swedish environmentalist, won praise for her response to Tate’s trolling.
Tate tweeted directly to Thunberg on Tuesday, saying, “I have 33 cars.”
Afterwards, after detailing the size of his car’s engine, he added:
“Give me your email address so I can send you a complete list of my car collection and their huge emissions.”
Below, he adds a compilation of clips of himself in a variety of high-emissions modes of transportation, from planes to boats and cars, and Thunberg’s emergency call for the world’s inaction on climate change. cut with an emotional speech to.
“Yes let me know. Email smalldickenergy@getalife.com,” she tweeted.
As their back and forth continued, Tate was detained in Romania on Thursday as part of a human trafficking and rape investigation.
Before the arrest, Talk TV’s Hartley Brewer stepped in and offered her opinion on their altercation.

She tweeted: The only car I own is a diesel Tiguan. “
Hartley-Brewer later deleted the post in favor of a reworded version that removed the word “autism.”
she Said At the time, he wrote, “I deleted a previous tweet that mentioned Greta’s autism only because she said it in her Twitter bio, but people decided to get upset about the fact. Although this woman had no problem calling a man a “little penis”. “
And on Tuesday’s talk TV show, she tried to make it clear that she’s not a fan of Tate.
she said:
“Hmm, a) A guy I don’t think has ever tweeted or spoken on air. Of course, I’ve heard of him. I don’t know the complete horror of what he is.” Did…because I’m not interested.I’m also interested in Kim Kardashian and he’s a nasty job.
“Do you think women should go near him? No, I think he’s terrible, but I’m not interested in him at all.
“But I thought Greta’s reaction to him was so off-topic and even inferior to her. That’s it.
“I said, ‘Actually, I realized it was taken, so I deleted it…and I really didn’t make sense…somebody said he was autistic.’ If you’re autistic and you’re using that as an insult, that is, derogatory and offensive.”
“She’s autistic. She’s proud to be autistic. She talks about it being her talent and actually her superpower. In fact, it’s her mental health issues, which her parents felt she had autism when she was later diagnosed with, environmental fanaticism and school strikes were some of the ways she got out.
“She had a lot, a lot, a lot of problems. I mean a really, really, very troubled girl, like back then. She’s a young woman now, 19, so she’s autistic.” I proudly use the word schizophrenia as the first author to introduce myself (on Twitter).
“So I, I really… I mean you’ve met me. If I ever used this as an insult… it would be done all over Twitter. a million times, because I don’t do that, but I realized that it was taken the wrong way, oh, I know how it was, so I deleted it. did”.
Hartley-Brewer concluded: But if I hadn’t deleted it, people would have said I should. You’re in this no-win situation, right? “
Who is Andrew Tate?
A British citizen born in the United States, Tate has won world titles in his professional kickboxing career.
In 2016, he was a contestant on the British TV show ‘Big Brother’, but he had to be removed after a video surfaced that appeared to attack a woman.
Tate said when the video was edited, “It was a complete lie and was trying to make me look bad.”
He has since developed an online presence and was banned by Twitter in 2017 after claiming he should be “responsible” when a woman was sexually assaulted.
Later, his supporters continued to post content with his name on hashtags, but he was also banned from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for his misogynistic views. He maintained his fan base by posting his divisive opinions on other sites.
There is widespread concern about the impact of his online presence on younger generations, especially men. Although he describes himself as “the king of masculinity,” he denies having misogynistic views.
Tate is back on Twitter since Elon Musk took over the platform.
Romanian prosecutors have reportedly been given permission to detain Tate for 30 days.
He was arrested along with his brother Tristan and two other Romanian suspects after a raid on his home in Bucharest late Thursday.
