ALTOONA, PA (WTAJ) — He may be a big boy, but he’s a good boy and he’s looking for a home like never before. Meet Diesel, a pit mix currently available for adoption at the Central PA Human Society. Don’t let his size fool you. Diesels are big lovers who just want love, a good rub, and delicious treats. Diesel does best in a home without other dogs or cats, but he wants a child companion and owner who can keep up with his energy levels.

Now that 2023 has arrived, the Central PA Humane Society is happy to announce the return of Chile & Wing Fest. After having to rest for some time due to the pandemic, they are ready to welcome those returning to the Bavarian Aid Society for this joyous event, this year’s Chili & Wings Fest on his January 21st It would be held. There are 100 VIP tickets and 400 general admission tickets hosted by Stucky Subaru. VIP is $40.00. General admission is $25.00. VIP can enter at 5pm. General admission starts at 18:00. Tickets can be purchased at the shelter at 1837 E Pleasant Valley Blvd in Altoona, or at both Thompson Pharmacy locations.
