AURORA, Colorado – An off-duty Aurora police officer was arrested Wednesday night on suspicion of assaulting a woman with a disability.
Douglas Harroun, 32, was charged with third-degree assault on an endangered adult, a fifth-degree felony, after allegedly punching a 49-year-old woman with a disability several times and was placed in Arapahoe County custody. detained in the facility.
