    Claiborne Appoints CFO, Vice President of Sales and Regional Clinical Head

    Gloria Holland has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Claiborne Senior Living, MS-based Hattiesburg. The company also announced a new Vice President of Sales and Regional Director of Clinical.

    Holland is tasked with overseeing the administration of all financial functions of the organization, including the elderly communities under Claiborne’s control. She will lead the strategic direction and management of the financial performance of Claiborne’s multiple related business units.

    Holland has over 30 years of experience as a financial executive in a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, banking and technology. She has nearly 20 years of senior housing her leadership experience, including positions with Harmony Senior Services in Charleston, South Carolina and Capital Senior Living (now Sonida) in Dallas.

    Joe Zukauskas has been appointed Vice President of Sales. He oversees the organization’s occupancy management efforts and tactics and works with the company’s regional support his teams and communities to ensure that all opportunities are optimized while achieving desired business objectives.

    Zukauskas has 23 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations roles at the community, regional, departmental and corporate levels.
