The PragatiE Vichar Literature Festival 2023 (PVLF) celebrates every corner of the literary ecosystem. It reaches a wider audience through author marathons (multi-day themed sessions) and provides the opportunity to be recognized through awards for authors, books and publishers. This year’s theme is “Moving Humanity Forward”.
The event will be conceived by Frontlist and hosted by PragatiE. This gives these creators the tools and platform they need to market themselves. New writers are encouraged and inspired by the PVLF to increase their public presence and spread Indian literature around the world.
Neilsen BookScan Data is a knowledge partner for this event. This event is supported by the IPA (International Publishers Association) and FIP (Federation of Indian Publishers). The evening of January 14, 2023 will be an eventful event, followed by the presentation of his PVLF Excellence Awards. The categories are:
PVLF Author Excellence Awards – based on nominations, jury and votes
PVLF People’s Choice Publisher Award – Nielsen Books Can Be Digitized
PVLF Reader’s Choice Book Awards – Nielsen Bookscan Data + Votes
Last year’s event was a huge success. On Facebook he generated 3.5 million views, his 65,000 views on the virtual exhibition platform he generated 42,000 votes for awards. This year, the PVLF will have 250 of his books nominated, with more than 150,000 votes and his one million views expected. This year’s event, which has been a hit every year, is set to beat all previous records.
