Springbrook was selected by the New York State Office for Developmental Disabilities as a housing support provider for the development of Cortlandville Commons at 968 NYS Route 13 in Cortlandville. The development will create 68 new housing units of worker housing. Springbrook has partnered with experienced residential and commercial developer Regan Development Corporation to begin construction in October 2023, with tenant occupancy scheduled for November 2024.
