Contribution Photo/East Haven PEAST HAVEN — A senior housing complex was targeted by a catalytic converter thief on Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The catalytic converters were stolen from two cars in the parking lot of the Woodview Senior Apartments at 1270 North High Street around 2 p.m. Wednesday, said Capt. Joseph Margot, a spokesman for the East Haven Police Department. Two men wearing black hoodies have been identified as suspects, Margot said.
Margo said the suspect was last seen exiting the parking lot in a gray sedan of unknown make and model. No further information is available at this time.
